Actually, We are now looking for

a BUDGET AND COST CONTROL SENIOR SPECIALIST :

About The Role :

• § Elaborates the annual budget of the Company Departments in coordination with them
• § Revises the budgets with the rolling forecast method
• § Applies all the Company’s Finance and Accounting Policies and Procedures
• § Reprocesses financial information according to IFRS requirements
• § Determines the monthly, quarterly and annual closing entries and prepares the periodical financial IFRS statements
• § Prepares the documents and files requested by the Holding or external auditors with respect to IFRS reports or audit works
• § Plans, develops, controls and forecasts project costs
• § Defines and implements the budget process
• § Allocates budget and establishes a cost baseline to alert for any deviation by accurate cost reports and performance measurements
• § Supervises the investments and the operating expenses on ORACLE § Supervises all the budgeting and planning operations and ensures timely reporting
• § Presents quarterly financial figures to the CFO
• § Presents to General Management analyses of expenditures by cost center and department § Contributes to the improvement of the performance indicators of the Company
• § Analyses cost reports, detects issues and effectively communicates them to the CFO

About You:

• § University diploma: 4 years in accounting or finance
• § Experience in the field: 5 years
• § Preferred: IFRS reporting
• § Fluent in French and acceptable in English
